We strongly recommend players include Battlezone rules for their games as they add a bit of flair and narrative to the game. We’ve come up with a suggested list of Battlezones for each of the major gaming stores in Utah County below.
We will suggest particular pairings to play at certain stores throughout the league. This is meant to ensure everyone has a chance to play in the various battlezones.
You must work out with your opponent if you’ll be using a battlezone, and if so which one, before you play your game.
We’ve uploaded the rules for each battlezone for those who do not own the source books. Click/tap the source book name and page to be shown it. Most are images but a few are PDFs if they are multiple pages.
Blakfyre Games – Industrial World
391 South Main Street, Pleasant Grove
The surface resembles the hulks adrift in space more than a planet. Great imperial manufactorums dot the surface, some stretching for miles. Strangely, several industrial complexes of unknown Xenos origin are smashed right in with the imperium. Mountain ranges and forested areas filled with pipes and smoke stacks act as arteries. Clouds of pollution drift through the world as acid rain kills any remaining living portions of the planet.

- Battlezone: Genestealer Infestation* – Vigilus Defiant, page 159

Dragons Keep in Lehi – Cathedral City
A planet of crumbling towers and collapsed cities. Ruin is all that remains of what appeared to be glorious cities upon multiple planets and multiple races. Places built as sites of worship to the emperor of man and other gods seem to attract the attraction of the warp storms surrounding the planet. The storms lash out as if in protest to their existence. A great city in the norther hemisphere surrounded by water seems to have collected most of the survivors. The water is full of the dead and wreckage. The bridges that once carried supplies back and forth now broken leave trains rusting half out of the water and supply trucks drowned in the depths. Warring factions now fight in the underbelly and the streets for supplies and territory. The city itself is at war not even realizing the greater war going on outside its walls.

Dragons Keep in Orem – Desert Wastelands
The air tastes of salt and rust. Hundreds of miles of sand pockmarked with wreckage. Water must have been abundant on this world not very long ago, but as the world continued to shift the water was lost, spilling into the depth of the planet. All that was left on the surface are jagged mountains separated with miles of sand and the occasional ruin.

Deep below the ice and snow that pervades the surface lay large and small cities and settlements. The tallest of their spires and buildings reach up through the ice like wind scared bones of dead creatures.
